Nice new merch, but the customer service for that store is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I needed to call CS for assistance and I got some Guido grunter on the line. He was so rude! He didn't know the answer to my question, was incredibly put out by having to talk to me, and when I said "okay, thanks", he HUNG UP ON ME. That was the regular customer service line listed on the contact page.
